HICAPS and EFTPOS now available. We also accept both bank transfer and cash. All payments is due at time of service.

 

Cancellation, late appointment or no show fee

We appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation policy to ensure the smooth functioning of our clinic and meet the health needs of our community:

 

Notice Period: Kindly provide at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations to allow us to reallocate the time to other clients in need.

​

Same-day Cancellations: Cancellations on the day of the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled appointment type.

​

No Shows: Failure to attend an appointment without 24-hour notice will result in a charge of 100% of the scheduled appointment type before further appointments can be made.

​

Late Arrivals: As our clinic operates on an appointment basis, late arrivals (greater than 10 minutes) may be challenging to accommodate, as it can impact the care we provide to other patients who have arrived on time.
